Great Chefs on the menu for Quality Hotel, Youghal!
Quality Hotel Youghal are delighted to announce that that they have a brand new team in the kitchen headed by Karol Madej with Sous Chef, Gerry McHugh.
Karol came to Ireland in 2007 and started his adventure with Irish food. “I have a big passion for food”, said Karol. “My goal is to deliver to our customers an exceptional meal experience, using the very best quality ingredients and supporting local producers.” Gerry comes from Youghal and has a strong culinary background with 13 years’ experience in the industry. He has worked in a variety of kitchens, from bistros and gastro pubs, to 5 star hotels. Gerry also recently qualified from C.I.T with a distinction in FETAC level 6. Both chefs are looking forward to a busy season at the Quality Hotel.
There will be changes to the menu, with a new emphasis on mouth-watering and tender slow cooked foods, such as ribs and pulled pork. Traditional fare will also feature, with Carvery Lunch on Sundays, (with a current amazing deal of only €16.95 for two main courses!)
The hotel is also very popular venue for Communion and Confirmation celebrations. In addition to getting a great meal, the kids can have a swim in the Club Vitae swimming pool to finish off their perfect day.
